Guest mit Posted 15 November , 2004 Share Posted 15 November , 2004 I need some help, i inherited a autograph book from my grandmother which belonged to her mother who was a nurse in the 1st world war, in it are names paintings and thanks to her for looking after wounded soilder's, can any body shed some light on the two names bellow. Coy Serg Major Kerley 4th battn middlesex regiment wounded July 1st at Fricourt then admitted Fairhope hospital July 16th 1916 6799 Ptr P Emery 12th battn middlesex regiment wounded July 17th 1916 at Longueval admitted into Grecian St hospital July 22nd, operated on July 28th transferred to fairhope hospital Aug 6th 1916 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
