killed in action help neededx

can anyone help with a frank brathwaite from killed between 1916-1918 in the war he was from darlington dont know his unit.he was married to a maryanne stacey he lived at 8 valcan st darlington can anyone tell me when or where he died if he has any living family or what he did before the war ?thanks for any helpxx :

is that the only unit a person would be in if they were from darlington?trying to find a joseph ellis from darlington not sure which war he died in though.had a look but they is alot so was going to work though units but not sure which one he would of been in any ideas?thanksx
