This is a coincidence as EMT cropped up on the below thread

As a result I asked on another discussion group and this was the reply........

"EMT is an odd ball! The "E" refers to "After War - Army Re-enlistments under

AO 4/19" with EM meaning Mechanical Transport and ET meaning Horse

Transport.

Perhaps the EMT folks could drive anything with hooves, wheels or tracks?"
