robmcn Posted 16 November , 2004 Share Posted 16 November , 2004 Can anyone tell me what the prefix EMT/ might mean regarding a soldier in the army service corps ?
Stuart Brown Posted 16 November , 2004 Share Posted 16 November , 2004 This is a coincidence as EMT cropped up on the below thread Click Here As a result I asked on another discussion group and this was the reply........ "EMT is an odd ball! The "E" refers to "After War - Army Re-enlistments under AO 4/19" with EM meaning Mechanical Transport and ET meaning Horse Transport. Perhaps the EMT folks could drive anything with hooves, wheels or tracks?" If you get any further please update the above thread. Stuart
