I have been researching the men from Stannington, Sheffield, in the parish of Bradfield who fell in the Great War. I have now identified most of them, but I can't seem to identify - Harry Nichols, It might be his surname is listed differently

can anybody help - he would have either been born or lived, or was living in the area at the time.

Any help would be great.

The results of my research so far can be found on my new website

According to SDGW, this is a Harry Nichols, KIA with the 1/9 DLI, who was born and enlisted in Sheffield. Could this be your man?
