Annette Burgoyne Posted 23 November , 2004 Share Posted 23 November , 2004 Hi Eddie First - sorry I did not get around to answering your email about Pte Walter Turner, as I have seid else where my Gran passed away the other week and I have been busy with sorting out things, I have not got around to chatching up on my emails, if anyone else emailed me and as not had a reply I am getting there slowly. Right Eddie I can not add much more to what Andy as posted. Looks like he was amoungest a batch of R.B. that joined the 7th K.S.L.I. some time at end of March or start of April 1918, I am not 100% sure about the time of joining but the earliest deaths amoungest this batch of number is mid April 1918. I can look at Regt. History and see where the Batt. was leading up to late Augest 1918 but it may be a week or two. Annette
