Someone has pasted together a series of articles related to general Pershing. Was it an actual newspaper series? Or was it something that someone created from a conglomerate? 4thGordons Posted 7 February , 2016 Share Posted 7 February , 2016 I believe a serialized version of Pershing's memoirs entitled the Story of the War were published in a selection of related newspapers across the country in 1931. This article is a piece describing the anticipation and interest the forthcoming publication was (apparently) generating, it ends by saying the publication of the memoirs would start on Jan 12 1931.
