Patrick Larkin is known to have served as Private 028806 with the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.

He enlisted March 1917, and served overseas. He was discharged due to sickness in December 1919, and died on 11 April 1921. He is buried with a CWGC headstone in Frnciscan Cemetery, Olton. Patrick was aged 26 when he died. He had lived in Coventry Street, Digbeth, Birmingham.

His service papers are no longer in existence.

The medal roll confirms service with Army Ordnance Corps, but no unit information is provided which makes interpretation of his activities very difficult.

Any further info would be valuable. For example, does he appear in the National Roll for Birmingham?
