Strategic Assessment of Submarines in English Waters: Project Report

This project, which is to locate the wrecks of the 44 German and 3 British submarines in English Waters, gets a mention in the current edition of the new weekly newspaper "New European" (the online version is a subscription one, so I can't link to the article). The intent seems to be that, once identified, the site  can be listed under the Protection of Wrecks Act.
