Moonraker Posted 16 August , 2016 Share Posted 16 August , 2016 I've just watched Forever England aka "Born for Glory" the 1935 film version of C S Forester's novel, Brown on Resolution, courtesy of Youtube re-made in 1953 as Sailor of the King (Updated to WWII, with a "Canadian" protagonist, played by American Jeffrey Hunter) "Forever England" stars a very young John Mills and Jimmy Hanley. Some good depictions of cadet training and a naval engagement. Moonraker
healdav Posted 17 August , 2016 Share Posted 17 August , 2016 I still think that the book was far better.
