Guest jonesxm6 Posted 9 December , 2004 Share Posted 9 December , 2004 Can anybody out there tell me what actions the 142nd RGA H Bty were involved in, or any related history. Many thanks in anticipation. Mike Jones
KONDOA Posted 9 December , 2004 Share Posted 9 December , 2004 Evening Mike, The mother site LLT lists 142 HB as being part of 34 Brigade RGA or 79 Brigade RGA, however a War Diary for this unit is not apparent at the NA. I would suggest therefore contacting Firepower Museum at Woolwich, contact name Paul Evans. Roop
Guest jonesxm6 Posted 9 December , 2004 Share Posted 9 December , 2004 Roop, Thanks for the info. Fortunately the Firepower Museum is just around the corner from where my Mother lives. Went there earlier this week but they are only open Fri, Sat & Sun during the winter months. Many thanks, Mike
