I just discovered that Gunner George W Lord, was my Great Grandfather's brother-in-law. Both were killed in 1917, George's wife, Hilda Mary Lord (nee Entwistle) lost her father and all of her siblings, except Dixon, in 1902. Sad to see that in 1917 she lost her last remaining sibling and her husband also .
