depaor01 Posted 5 March , 2017 Share Posted 5 March , 2017 Hi all, A forum pal asked me about a premises in Dublin that had been destroyed in the Rebellion. I was able to help, but it seems this site from the Irish National Archives [Click] isn't widely known - the records have only recently been digitised It's interesting for many reasons, and even if your interest doesn't extend to the 1916 Rising, it gives an idea of the cost of goods at the time (albeit the Insurance Value!) and might be a useful tool for anyone interested in social history of the time.
