robbie Posted 17 December , 2004 Share Posted 17 December , 2004 Hi all, In the excellent book on 2RWFs edited by J.C.Dunn a contributor commented on 30th September 1916 that Lucheux was the prettiest village he'd seen on WF so far. But he noted that the water for which Lucheux was reknowned was contaminated by dysentry brought by the Australians from Gallipoli. Many 2RWFs were infected. Can anyone confirm this?
