1215 Pt A Hulbert 11th Batt R Fusiliers

Hi have attached MIC card for ref. Would be obliged if you could explain some points for me. My G/father was discharged 6/12/17 under quote "592 (XV1) " with SWB. Is that Ref pertaining to a specific reason ie GSW or gas ect or is it a general ref for men just unfit for duty.

His name and No ect is, I think entered twice although they are the same. Why?

And the big question is where and what date he was wounded. I know the 11th batt was in the 54th Brigade and was involved at Paschendale but what was the exact location and where would be the obvious place and roughly the date most likely for him to be wounded. A tall order I know but any info gratefully received.

Also if anyone has general info on the 11th R Fusiliers which I believe were mostly from men in the print business in London as was my G/father, would love to hear from you.

Many thanks fbdownes
