IanR Posted 3 January , 2005 Share Posted 3 January , 2005 I am trying to find some background information on a Colonel S G Francis DSO. In Jan '16 he took over command of the 7th Royal Irish Rifles, and led them until they were disbanded in Oct '17. After this he reportedly was given command of a Brigade. I believe that his own regiment was the West Yorkshires. Can anybody provide any further information on him? Thanks in advance Ian
