His name is Florin Safner. he lives in Venezuela and as you know that country's economy is a complete basket case. For a very low price this guy does excellent work, speaks English, and does everything electronically. You explain what you want he sends back and forth examples until you are satisfied. Low cost and he cannot even take cash or PayPal. The only currency that works in Venezuela are Amazon gift cards. This link will show you examples of his work. Very fast and dependable – and cheap. So if you need to have a map made consider this option. If you tell him Joe sent you he will understand and has done World War I stuff previously.
