Fuze identification

A friend has sent me this photograph, taken in an antique shop.

Using the http://www.passioncompassion1418.com website for identification, the fuze on the right seems to be an IWMZDr2 for light trench mortar use. However I am unable to identify T.K.D. 191 on the left hand fuze, unless this is a manufacturer and part of the date. Are they in fact two examples of the same type of fuze?

Yes I think so, the 191 will be what is visible of the date. TKD will most likely be a manufacturer. The giveaway for this fuze is the slot in the tip to allow insertion of a key (exactly like lifting a manhole cover) to remove an unfired round from the barrel in case of a misfire.
