it has a serrated blade which the Germans used until '15. I have heard that a ger soldier would be shot if he was caught with one?

Any stamps there?, the pictures are blurry, not seen details, there was not a blade with 8 inch, only combat knived or Armeedolch, horn doesnt look like 100 years there, could be done some decades ago, from other configuration. Background should be plain, as the focus of camera was done on the web under it.
