Remembering Richard TRAVIS, (born  Dickson Cornelius SAVAGE), Sergeant 8th (Southland Company) 2nd Battalion Otago Infantry Regiment, NZEF, VC, DCM, MM, Croix de Guerre. Served at Gallipoli, Scout Sniper, Western Front.Killed in Action, Rossignol Wood 25th July 1918, buried Couin Cemetery, France. Score Unknown.
