I have long been looking for copies of this journal to add to my collection, but despite periodic searches on eBay and other sites I have yet to locate it.

Does anyone know of a convenient repository of all the volumes of this sadly defunct journal from the late 1980s/early 1990s?

The British Library in its interim catalogue has a title which  could possibly be the journal you are looking for. Being an interim catalogue, some of the details such as volumes held are missing.
