Stuart Brown Posted 13 September , 2003 Share Posted 13 September , 2003 There were the 1st, 2nd and 3rd East Lancashire Field Ambulances R.A.M.C. The first was raised in 1886 under Captain Crockworth. In 1908 Lt Col J.B. Mann was the C.O. The three units belonged to the Divisional Troops of East Lancashire Division. HQ in Manchester.
