Was the 13th Rifle Brigade part of the Royal Fusiliers or was it a separate regiment in its' own right?

13th(service)Battalion Rifle Brigade formed part of 111th Brigade, along with 10th and 13th Battalion Royal Fusiliers and 13th Battalion Kings Royal Rifle Corps. This was, in turn, part of the 37th Division.

Service Battalions were those formed as New Army Battalions or 'Kitcheners Army' . Volunteers who rallied to the call in August/September 1914 formed the 18 Divisions of the 3 'New Armies'. 1st (K1) 9th to 14th Divisions; 2nd (K2) 15th to 20th and 3rd (K3) 21st to 26th Divisions
