Terry Posted 15 November , 2003 Share Posted 15 November , 2003 Here in Canada as part of the Remembrance Day activities we saw an interview with 107-year old Alice Strike, the ex-clerk with the Royal Flying Corps who is still alive and well in Nova Scotia. She is still very alert and told of her life first in WW1 and later in WW2 where she met her Canadian husband. As I mentioned some time ago she is probably the oldest recipient of the Canadian version of the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal.
