Guest greenfield Posted 30 November , 2003 Share Posted 30 November , 2003 Good morning, Charles McMenamen Laing ws awarded an MC for his actions at Gallipoli while serving with the 4th Battalion, The Royal Scots Fusiliers; it is also possible that he was awarded an m.i.d. In addition he may have been awarded another m.i.d. while flying with the RFC in Egypt in Apr 17. I have exhausted every permutation I can think of in trying to get the information from the London Gazette, without any success.
