Hi Dick

Thanks for your generous offer. When you get a chance could I please have some info on the following officers:

Capt. Edmund Joscelyne Percy Askew 37th Divisional Artillery Remounts, Royal Field Artillery

His brother, Captain Henry Adam Askew KIA Dec 19, 1914 with 2nd Border Regt; educated at Harrow and Royal Military College. I have his info from de Ruvigney's Part I page 11, but was hoping for a clearer photo of him.

Thanks again

I think these are the last three that I haven't got and I have a good lead on two the last is a bit of a long shot as I don't know the school

D.E.D. Taylor left for Uppingham in the summer of 1909 which I assume means he started in September probably Royal Fusiliers

J.R. Taylor which could well be a brother left for Rugby School in the spring of 1907 it says Northumberland Fusiliers in the school records but I don't have a rank

Don't know the first names of those two or if they're related

Lastly and this is the long shot

A.F. Bell I'm afraid all I have is that he left in the summer of 1910 for the "Lower School Berkhampstead" the records say "for hygenic reasons" the mind boggles! I can only assume there is an Upper School and if there is he may have gone on there

Whenever you have the time as I am aware of the demands we all make on your time

Thanks as always John
