Back in May I ordered the above title, by Mike Dolamore as its publication date was stated as March 2007. Still no sign, and Amazon now just say "Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock ". My impression is that it never has been.

I tried emailing Pen and Sword, but have had no reply after some weeks. Can anyone shed any light on this book please.

I recently tried to order this through Waterstones and the assistant was told by their orders dept that it had been delayed until next year.
