G'day all,

Do any of you own this book or have access to it ?

Would it be possible to tell me who the Commanding Officer was in 1917/18 in Palestine ?

It must be a great book, I have seen this on abe for $US577 !!

regards

Stephen

Terry,

If you still have this book, then can you possibly help Eran here

We're looking for more details on

Badlu Singh, Ressaidar, of the 14th (Murray's Jat) Lancers attached 29th Lancers, who won the last VC of the Palestine campaign and the last awarded to a member of the Indian Army during World War I.

Thanks in advance for any help here

Michael

Sorry to say I can't help. That photo copy of the Deccan Horse book has long gone. I cannot recall who I borrowed it to.

Regards

Terry
