Ken Lees Posted 24 January , 2004 Share Posted 24 January , 2004 Can anyone tell me what gallantry medals 201108 Cpl Frank Palmer of the 2/5th Lancashire Fusiliers was awarded in the Great War? I know he received the MM & Bar, but he may have also been awarded another bar to the MM or a DCM. The information I have on this subject is conflicting. I know that he held the MM & Bar when he was recommended for another award but I have two pieces of information, one that says the third award was another Bar to the MM and one that suggests it was a DCM.
