Captain William George McKenzie RAMC TF, of the 3rd South Midland Field Ambulance, became MO to the 2/5th Loyal North Lancs. Lt from 14 August 1915, Captain 14 Feb 1916. Got an MC in the Birthday Honours in 1918. In France from February 1917.

No papers at the PRO. May mean he was recalled, or continued to serve after 1921.

Any information about this man would be greatly valued.
