Is there an annotated list, or even just a list, of sound recordings one can purchase with a Great War theme? I recently purchased a set of interviews with centenarian American GW vets which is wonderful, but didn't anybody do anything like that before they got to be 100? And in some other country besides just the US? What about songs? The GW engendered a number of funny and poignant songs: are there recordings of them being sung, either at the time or shortly thereafter by veterans? (When did sound recording become widely available? Different question!) Are there purchasable videos made of films from the War?
