east lancs 3rd/4th field ambulance

Hi i,m trying to find a book about the history of the 3rd and 4th east lancs field ambulance.I have read a copy from manchester library and it contains information about a Sam Collinson my relative.Ihave all his medals and have visited his grave in Bethune,France.I would dearly love to purchase the said book to add to his keepsakes and to pass on to the next generation so they have some understanding of who this man was and the sacrifice he made.Ihave tried all the bookfinders and can,t locate one anywhere,does anybody have or know where i can locate one ,regards Elaine
